gchat is a messenger with private and group chats, channels and calls. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material, and any attempt to groom or exploit a child, are prohibited absolutely.
Prohibited
- Any sexual imagery, video, audio or text involving a minor, including drawn and generated material.
- Grooming — building trust with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion: threatening to share material for money or for further material.
- Seeking, advertising, selling, trading or linking to such material.
Minimum age
gchat may be used from age 13, or from the higher age set by local law where one applies. An account we learn belongs to someone younger is removed.
Reporting
In the app: long-press a message → Report. A user can be blocked from Settings → Blocked people.
By email, including without installing the app: gchatsupport@guillotinecc.ru. This is also the address for law enforcement and child-protection organisations; use the subject line “CSAE”. Anything in the service can be reported this way — a post, a channel or a user.
What we do
- CSAE reports are handled ahead of everything else.
- We remove the material, take down the channel or group, and ban the account without warning.
- We preserve the relevant data and disclose it to the competent authorities where the law requires it, or where we believe a child is at risk.
- Images in public posts are screened automatically for nudity; anything the model flags is kept out of the public feed and goes to human review. It is a supporting filter, not a substitute for acting on reports.
