Is this safe to run?

Windows will show a blue “Windows protected your PC” box the first time you run the installer. That is not a virus alert. It means the file has no download history on Microsoft’s servers yet — every new build of every small program starts that way. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Why we have no publisher signature

A code signing certificate is sold by a handful of authorities, all of them under EU or US jurisdiction, and none of them currently sells one to an individual developer in Russia. We would rather tell you that than leave you guessing. It also would not remove the warning — since 2023 a signed build has to accumulate downloads like any other.

Check the file yourself

Every build we publish is listed here with its SHA-256. Compare it with the file you downloaded — if the two match, the file is exactly what left our machine, byte for byte.
